When viewing homes, Jenn does not make you feel like you're interacting with a sleazy sales person, but rather a true genuine professional. Jenn also will only ever refer contacts who she works well with and who are also genuine. Her relationship also doesn't end at the closing of the home. We had an issue arise a couple weeks after the closing and she had our backs. Jenn was in contact right away with the seller's agent and worked to get the issue resolved. Jenn truly is amazing! My cardinal rule: DON'T do business with friends. My time with her that day really set her far apart from the others. I knew immediately she was the one. What was it? She took the time to get to know ME. Know me as a person and as a human being. Clearly I was going through a lot to be selling my home of 17 years. Jenn was very helpful even though we weren't interested in that particular home. A few weeks later we found another home we were interested in and remembered Jenn for her helpfulness and called her for a viewing. Again, she was so knowledgeable and helpful that we were really impressed and continued to call on her for showings and expertise. Eventually, Jenn helped us purchase a piece of land. This was a semi-developed property so there were a few more steps involved for the purchase. The transaction was also quite difficult for a number of reasons beyond our, or Jenn's control. But Jenn stayed pleasant and positive and guided us expertly through all the ups and downs. Because of her integrity, knowledge and perseverance, we have asked her to sell our current home. She set up a professional photographer to come in and take photos for the listing, advertised it in a couple local real-estate booklets and did several open houses to get potential buyers in to look at our home.
