Lance did more than an outstanding job when working with me on selling my home. There were multiple things that needed attention prior to putting my house on the market and Lance did not hesitate to roll up his sleeves and jump right in to help me get it all done, he even came out on the weekend to help me out. Cant recommend Lance enough. He helped us from start to finish (and after) the purchase of our home. He gave me truly honest opinions on multiple homes- he could have tried to sell us on the first house we were interested in, but he was honest and helped us to choose the right home for our family. He is a family man himself, ex military (so helpful that he knows the ins and outs of that since we are a military family as well) he would even converse with his wife (she knows some areas better from childhood) and his coworkers to get their opinions on school districts for us before we looked at certain areas, which was incredibly helpful since we are out of state buyers. He was the most personable, honest, helpful real estate agent Ive ever met. He checked in on us regularly, and even called us to make sure everything was in order while we were making an offer on our house from the hospital after he was in a bad accident! He has helped us through so much, and all of the people and companies he linked us up with have been exceptional. He really recommends small businesses, which is awesome. Hes even checking on our property and overseeing a company come out to put in our fence for us, and offered to oversee a security system installation- which he absolutely did not have to do. Lance has been truly an answered prayer to us and a total God send! I will be reaching out to him again when its our time to sell, and would recommend him to anyone!

I reached out to Lance to sell my house. He met with my wife and I and discussed the whole process, making sure we fully understood everything. He helped set up an inspection of the house and got me in contact with a contractor who could help do some of the work. On the work I did myself Lance offered to come by and give me a hand to get the house ready to put on the market, which I happily accepted. The over all selling process went as smoothly as possible on our end with his help. The buyer and their realtor gave us some headaches but he did the best to keep us in the loop and handle the headaches without getting us involved. As we were selling our house Lance also helped us find a new place to live. We looked at countless houses in the search and he made the process as smooth as possible with everything going on. During our search Lance made sure to bring up any concerns he had for any of the houses to make sure we made informed decisions which was very helpful. When we found our new home he helped coordinate and get everything together with a lender. With his help we were able to get a 2 month rent buy back worked into the contract on the house we were selling to ensure we weren't homeless after we sold and before we closed on our new house. We luckily ended up closing on the selling of our old house a week before we closed on our new house. When we're moving Lance helped move stuff in his own vehical to assist us in the move. Overall Lance was great to work with and truthfully we will work with him again when we go through the process again. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and is able to find you help with any home repairs you need. If you need to sell your home or looking to buy definitely reach out to Lance, he won't steer you wrong.
