Review Mike helped us both sell a property and then purchase our new family home. He must of shown us 15 houses that we wanted to see over the course of a year, and despite us waiting to find the right house, he remained committed and invested the entire time. Whenever we wanted to see a property, he would make it happen the same day. I cant say enough good things about our experience working with him!

Review Cathy was outstanding. She was flexible and understanding and worked with our crazy schedules/ time difference while we were still living in Cali. She would do virtual tours for us and got answers to all our questions promptly. She accomplished helping us get our dream home and the closing day went very smooth. Review I reached out to the Bryant Co about renting in Virginia Beach and Mindy Webb (shout out as well for being awesome too!) put me in contact with Chris Williams. Chris was awesome from the get go. He contacted me immediately and we set off looking at places that wed both found. We saw around 20 different residences during a 2 week timespan. He reached out constantly and stayed in touch even though at the time I was living in another state. He constantly sent updates of new properties I could go see. Wed sit down and go over options, times, and locations. He made the entire process (which was nerve-wracking for me) so much easier! Hes very personable and friendly. Even after we found a place I liked, he kept in touch to make sure things were going well, which they are! ?? I cant say enough good things about him. When I decide Ive had enough of the renting scene, I will definitely be reaching out to him to help me find what I hope to be my forever home.

Review We worked with her for almost 5 months trying to look for house even though we werent in the same state she still treated us as if we were there, we also had a 3 hour time difference but that didnt matter she still helped us at whatever time of the day. Review Contacted this realtor to get some information on a short sale home I was interested in seeing. Was supposed to meet with him the next day at 2:30 to see the property. Never heard from him. When I contacted another realtor about the property they let me know that that particular house had already been contracted, since March? some thing I was not made aware of when I spoke with this realtor. Would not recommend?
