While beautiful finishes certainly matter, I also pay close attention to the things buyers often can't see, including drainage, water flow, site conditions, construction quality, foundation considerations, land characteristics, and factors that may impact a property's long-term value and performance. I enjoy traveling the world with my kids and husband. I enjoy working out and really anything that has to do with being outside! I love spending the summer weekends at the lake out on the boat, I enjoy anything on the water!
