Kenzie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the area was fantastic! Anyone can find MLS listings, but Kenzie was familiar with commutes, neighborhoods and local flavor, and was able to find the perfect home for us. She understood the market and helped us make an acceptable offer in our best interest. ZillowVERIFIED When we approached Jen and the Hasson Team, even we werent clear on what we were looking for in the Gorge. Ideally river view but open to territorial view. Ideally acreage but open to a large lot. We certainly didnt make her job easy. Add to the mix this incredibly competitive real estate market. We thought wed be months or even a year or more into the search before finding something.When we luckily stumbled upon a possible dream site, the odds were not good. Think sellers who who had no representation, a group of conflicted family members, and competitive offers from multiple interested parties. Our expectations were low at best. It turns out we forgot to factor in our broker!The deciding factor in the successful purchase of our dream lot was hands down Jens involvement and her strong representation of us and our offer. Without Jens skillful handling, it is unlikely our offer would have ultimately been accepted. In any market, but especially in the current one, you need a strong, respected broker on your team.
