We worked with Joy Catino of the Scofield Team to buy our new house and sell our old home. It took a long time for us to find the right house for our family due to our needs and requirements. Joy was always available and responsive to get us into view houses as they hit the market as things moved fast! Once we found our next 20year house in Spencerport, Joy helped us navigate the bidding process and mortgage approvals. Then focusing on the sale of our old home in Churchville, Joy again made the process clear and worked closely with us to arrange the listing and showings to work for our family! We don't plan to move again soon but if we need to we would call Joy!
