Once we found our next 20year house in Spencerport, Joy helped us navigate the bidding process and mortgage approvals. Then focusing on the sale of our old home in Churchville, Joy again made the process clear and worked closely with us to arrange the listing and showings to work for our family! We don't plan to move again soon but if we need to we would call Joy!

He also knows how to "read" people, a real asset in knowing how to present and respond to an offer that is made. He suggested listing slightly below what one might expect from this property, "reeled" them in with interest, and the offers --several=-=-came in substantially above the listing price. I have dealt with numerous realtors over the years but have never found one as competent!

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed three realtors from 3 different real estate companies. We hired the Jeff Scofield team with REMAX. We were impressed with his method. He chose to list our home on a Sunday and show the house for the entire week without accepting offer until the following Sunday. He called us Sunday night and told us that we had 3 great offers and we chose the second highest one because it had no contingencies. We got $40,000 over our asking price and we were thrilled with that. From that point on we had very little to do. They took car e of everything for us. We didnt need to be at the closing. It all went so smoothly. It was easy to reach them to ask questions and responses were returned swiftly. We couldnt have expected a better experience. We will definitely highly recommend the Jeff Scofield team to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

I contacted Jeff, he made recommendations on how to best go about listing it and we agreed to let him handle the property. He had 16 appointments set up in the first two days after we signed the contract and from those, he had five offers (four of which were either at or above the selling price he had set) and we had the house sold by the morning of the third day.
