Jeff was a pro from start to finish. He and his wife came to look at my property, offered helpful and informed advice, and hired a great video/photographer to showcase the house. They put together the listing, and with my approval, posted it. Next day, had three showings; first visit produced an offer that was accepted the next day. We closed with absolutely no issues five short weeks later. He worked with me to let me know the status of every step in the process and was quick to answer any questions and soothe any concerns I might have had. I hadn't bought or sold a home in 30 years, so was not experienced in any of the details but that was no problem with Jeff in the lead.
