ZillowVERIFIED Ive bought well over 100 houses, both as a investor and personal, and Jeffrey is by far the best agent Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. I stay pretty busy with my various business entities, that I would call, email, or text at odd times and Jeffrey always answered promptly. I initially called him about a property on Lake Sinclair, and when we met at the house I was shocked at how he knew every single nook and cranny on the Lake, and in his Southern Gentleman way kinda pushed me away from this property that while the house was nice, the water it was on was not so good. He recommended a few houses that were not on my radar, and I fell in love and made an offer right then and there. I never would have found this house without Jeffreys knowledge of the lake. I couldnt be happier and even after the sale, his knowledge and service doesnt stop. He has helped me find someone to redo my lake house and walked me through the process with Georgia Power. Just to sum it up, the guy is simply amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was very consider of our wants in a lake house. He showed us numerous houses that day and never rushed us. As we review the selected homes he had previewed, we were able to eliminate several through out the day. Finally selecting a townhouse, because of location and price.

ZillowVERIFIED We were happy to sell our home. I did have to stay on top of things myself to get it sold. Jeff didnt even show up at closing until the last few min to be handed his check. This looked bad on him and other realtors thought he was lazy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeffrey was very responsive to our needs. Showed us several properties within the price range we were looking. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable about all the lake codes and workings with Georgia Power. He was especially knowledgeable about the Milledgeville/Eatonton area and again on the lake front properties. He worked very hard and close with the lender I went through to close on my lake home. I would highly recommend using Jeffrey Harrington as an agent. He is very thorough.

ZillowVERIFIED Only by accident did we find Jeffrey Harrington. We are so pleased with the level of commitment and responsiveness Jeffrey provided during our search and subsequent purchase. Jeffrey asked early into the search about our genuine interests, our absolutes, our highest desires. The responses we provided allowed him to, almost instantly, identify a property that met our vision and drove us to what was the worst house, in the best neighborhood, with the best lake view and a potentially quick transaction. Bravo Jeffrey! We are excited about our new project and lake home! Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Harrington helped me through the process of buying my first home. Going in to the process I did not know much about the process, and he made sure that I knew the whole process. He let me know what to look for and what questions to ask to make sure that my documents were correct. Hes completely open to hearing what you have to say making sure that you get what you are looking for. This was not his first sale he seems to understand the flip flopping first time buyers go through. He seemed to always be available for my questions and made sure that I had an answer. Throughout the whole process I felt like Jeffrey had my back and he even caught an errors when they arose. I felt that Mr Harrington knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so I was confident he wasnt going to let me miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in record time. I couldnt recommend him enough for anyone looking into buying a home!

ZillowVERIFIED If you wanta boring, humdrum, home buying experience, Jeff may not be your man. But if you want an energetic, knowledgable, honest, always responsive realtor, Jeff is your man. He got me over every hurdle and through every hoop. Every time I called or texted him, I recieved a prompt response. Great man, with a great sense of humor, made the stressful, more bearable.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff devoted as much time as we needed to find a lakefront home. Because of his personal knowledge of real estate and because he grew up in the Lake Sinclair area, he was able to point us in the direction that would be our best fit. Jeff always answered our calls, texts, and emails in a precise manner and went beyond the call of duty to make things happen. If you're looking for someone who is in your corner, Jeff would be the right realtor for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Harrington goes above and beyond just selling a home. If you have a problem he is there to help anyway he can. We were relocating and could not be there a lot of the time and he took care of a lot of little details for us and that meant a great deal to us. I would work with him again with no hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED This house had belonged to my Mom & Dad and had been sitting vacant for 8 years. We were paying the mortgage since both Mom & Dad had passed. I informed Jeffrey that we desperately needed to get rid of it and he had us a buyer in less than a week after we reduced the price. Great guy. Enjoyed working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was such a tremendous help to my daughters and myself during the sale of our house at 104 Aspenwood Ct. Eatonton, GA. We had it with another realtor and nothing happened, didn't even get an offer. Jeff took it over and within a few months we had an offer and the house was sold. Since we live in Florida, Jeff took care of everything from start to finish. He went above and beyond what is expected as a Realtor, he made sure everything was repaired that needed attention, he kept us informed on a daily basis of progress made and was tremendously helpful through the closing. With his assistance and expertise we were able to take care of everything from Florida; otherwise, we would have to had made several trips to Georgia to get through this transaction. Jeff treated us like members of his family at a time when we needed it most. We will be eternally grateful to him for his assistance. We consider Jeff a true friend of our family and would definitely recommend him to anyone who was looking to buy or sell property. He works hard for his clients and most of all, he is an honest individual.

ZillowVERIFIED When we met with Jeffery about listing our home, he was very honest with us and truthful. When it came to pricing, Jeffery was on target with the comparable listings in our area. Jeffery is a "go-getter". Jeffery knows his job description and does it well! Our home was on the market less than a week when we had a potential buyer. He explained more to us within one week than we had received while our home had been on the market over 365 days. From listing to closing, Jeffery exhibited integrity, knowledge, respect, honesty, truthfulness and faithfulness to us. We had many questions and concerns about the process of selling and buying, but each time we called him he always answered and responded to our every need. We thank God for leading us to contact Jeffery Harrington . Others should model this great man. Reverend Matthew and Geraldine Dennis

ZillowVERIFIED Jeffrey Harrington was very helpful and thorough in helping us secure our "dream home" at Lake Sinclair. We started out looking at Lake Oconee and he was quick to show us homes I requested, as well as weeding out some that, as he better understood what we wanted, would not have been to our liking. He also drove us around the area to better acquaint us with the location of grocery stores, etc. When our attention turned to Lake Sinclair, Jeffrey showed us around Milledgeville and advised us as to points of interest. The buying process went without a hitch. I would use Jeffrey again and highly recommend him as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very involved and difficult sale on a piece of property on the lake and Jeffrey stayed on top of everything the whole way. He even got up in the middle of the night to drive to Atlanta for a final document and got back in time for the closing. He went the extra mile and always kept in touch with us about the entire process. He knows his business and was great to work with. Highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED I knew nothing about the area. Jeffrey basically interviewed me to find out what type of home I was looking for, what my current home and lifestyle was like, what I knew about Lake Sinclair/Milledgeville, etc.. From there we scheduled a visit and for me to bring along my wife. When we met at his office he took the time to educate us on the area and what we could expect to see as we rode out to look at 8 properties he had personally selected for our viewings. During the ride, he continued to point out all the highlights of the area as well as things to be concerned about. In our case, he knew we would want a decent neighborhood and not just an area that did not have good rules for the type of neighboring homes. One of the homes in his initial list was exactly what we were looking for and he guided us through making an offer that weekend which was accepted. A year we still are very happy with our purchase even after we know much more about the area.
