ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was extremely helpful in every way possible. He was very knowledgeable about the property and could answer all my questions. The things he could not answer, he was very quick to get the answer and respond back to me. I had several minor plumbing and electrical issues which he supplied names and phone numbers of people I could call for help. He made the entire process as stress free as possible for me. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy a home. He's one of the most professional people I've worked with, and went out of his way more than a few times to show me properties, often working around my hectic schedule. He answered all the questions I had, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and provided honest feedback and information. He returned my calls and emails the same day. He made the entire process enjoyable because of his knowledge and experience. One of the things that impressed me the most is when I filled out an online request to view a property during my initial home search process, and Jeff called me within about 10 minutes, offering to set up an appointment to see the property. 10 minutes! I don't think you could find a better realtor for your buying or selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Jeff, he was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field. The first house my fiancA(C) and I looked at wasn't what we expected. We looked at about 7-8 different homes from "drive bys". They just weren't what we wanted. We came across a home that just went on the market, called Jeff, he met us at the home, we fell in love with it and started the buying process that day. Jeff helped us with everything we needed and kept me updated with things all the way up to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff helped us purchase a home in December of 2015 in a very tight time frame due to job relocation. He was responsive day, night, and weekends to help expedite our closing process. He was knowledgable of all local lenders, appraisal services, and neighborhoods. Not only is Jeff personable and genuine, but you will not find a better real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED When I sold my home in 2015, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism Jeff provided for me. My home was on the market for about 18 months. During that time he kept me updated on what was selling in my area and price range. He kept my home competitive and gave excellent advice on how I could improve or help enhance the sale. He always had my best interest at heart. He never seemed to let anything slide.I strongly recommend Jeff if you are in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED At the time we were searching for a house to purchase, we lived in another state. From our first conversation with Jeff, to the end of the process, he assisted us in so many ways. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the local market and helpful to us through the whole process of finding and purchasing a house. He was very easy to talk with and attentive to details. When communicating, if we couldn't reach Jeff at the time, he was always prompt in responding. Though the availability of what we were looking for was limited, Jeff didn't give up on helping us find something. We would recommend him to help you find your new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was an awesome real estate agent. He listened to what I was looking for in a home, the budget I was working with, and he took it from there. He found houses for me to look at in a very timely fashion and offered excellent observations as we went to each place. Once I found a home I was interested in, he helped me with all the details from making an offer to closing on my home. He truly made me feel like I was his one and only client. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a move of any type!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I relocated due to work. We knew nothing about the area, the housing market or local realtors. I contacted Jeff on a whim and he far surpassed any of our expectations. Jeff showed us 15 homes in four counties. He even worked for us on Sundays. He was always responsive to texts, calls and emails and his level of service was unmatched. We were in process of selling three other homes Jeff's attention to detail and responsivness far surpassed the combined efforts of those agents managing those properties for us.The entire team at Wytheville's REMAX office is wonderful. My family not only received tremendous service but we also made new friends. I have recommended other to use REMAX and will always reach out to them first.

ZillowVERIFIED My home buying experience could not have been more perfect! Mr. Caudill took the time to really get to know both what I was looking for in a home AND what I could reasonably afford to invest in a home! He was diligent in finding and showing me homes that matched both of those criteria! Mr. Caudill was flexible with my schedule in showing me any home I wanted to see and then some! Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but thanks to an awesome, compassionate realtor, even the kinks in the process didn't seem that stressful! By the time I closed on my house, I felt like I had bought my house not from a realtor but from a friend! I will ALWAYS refer ONLY Jeff Caudill to my friends in search of homes!
