ZillowVERIFIED Jeffrey worked with us over the course of a couple of years while we searched for the right home. He is patient, honest and very knowledgeable on all things home buying. From what typical issues to look for to market conditions. I believe he genuinely cares about the people he is working with and he is in it to find the right home for the buyer, not just to sell something and move on. His network of other professionals is great from mortgages to inspections. His negotiation skills are spot on. He was able to knock about 2% of the accepted sale price after the home inspection (I was only going to ask for 1%). I will be recommending Jeffrey to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. He also has knowledgeable associates; he was unable to show a couple of homes at time that worked for us, but was able to arrange for us to meet with Mike instead. In this market if you don?t see it quickly it?s probably gone.

Our first step was to meet with a few different brokers to find the one that would be the best match for us. Initially, we were a little skeptical because Jeffrey was the only broker who wanted to schedule property viewings with us during our first meeting with him. As it turned out, that was a brilliant move on his part and it?s what made us want to work with him. When you walk through a home with Jeffrey, he focuses on the quality of construction and the condition of the home rather than the things that are obvious to the untrained eye (room size/layout, paint colors, etc). Since we weren?t at all knowledgeable in this area, having Jeffrey on our side was invaluable?walking through a home with him was almost like doing a mini home inspection before deciding that we were serious enough about a property to make an offer and pay for an inspection. We also really appreciated Jeffrey?s working style. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we asked (we asked TONS of them and he showed infinite patience with us), he offered opinions when asked for them, he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and he had some great suggestions that ultimately saved us money on the final purchase price and closing costs. However, he was extremely laid back and never pushed us in any direction?essentially, we felt like we were in control and Jeffrey was quietly standing behind us to lend his expertise and gently guide us.Just looking at a list of other properties that Jeffrey was involved in (both on the buy and sell side) that had closing dates around the same time as our home, it?s obvious that Jeffrey was working with multiple clients at the same time. However, he always had time for us and we felt like we were his only client. We would definitely recommend Jeffrey to anyone looking to buy a home. We hope that we won?t need his services any time in the near future, but if we ever do need a broker again, Jeffrey will certainly be receiving a call from us.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are in the market to buy or sell a home then Jeffrey is the agent you want. I was very lucky to have him as my agent. He knows everything there is to know about houses - from construction to mortgages ? yes everything! He has a very good network and he can connect you with right people - lender, attorney, contractors, home inspection guys etc. and just like him all those people are very, very professional and their rates are also very competitive. He makes the process very simple and painless. Jeffrey had suggested me a lender but I went with another lender. In retrospect, I think I should have listened to him. Although, everything went fine in the end but there were some minor problems (mostly because of communication gap between my lender and me) which made me very nervous. Had I listened to Jeffrey, he would have taken care of all those problems for me. He is very polite, never pushes his ideas to buyers/sellers and makes every effort to keep his customers happy. We struggled to find the right house for several months but he always stood by us and was very patient. In the end, we found the house we were looking for and he is the man who made it possible.
