    I have worked with a few realtors or real estate agents, and Shane is, quite simply, exceptional. She knew the area and brought good judgment to our search process. She demonstrated great negotiating skills with the purchase, getting us a price well below what we thought was possible. And she went far above and beyond, connecting us to local plumbers, painters, and electricians. She even coordinated with those people to help get the house ready for move in. On top of all of this, she was (and is) a great person: fun, easygoing, and great to get to know. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough!

    Buying a home in 2022 was a stressful experience, to say the least. Throughout our search, Shane was available, on top of things, good-humored, and a calming presence in our lives.     Loren Duffey is the best real estate agent I have worked with.
