Compass

Loren Duffey is the best real estate agent I have worked with. He patiently combed through all the houses to help me discover not what I thought I initially wanted, but the house that is really right for me. He is very quick and knowledgable and knew all the right accesory contacts. Loren Duffey is very intuitively good at his job as realtor.

Jeff Washo is an outstanding realtor. He has an amazing work ethic and knows how to get the deal done. He helped me sell my existing home and purchase a new one simultaneously. He negotiated a great deal on my new home in a very challenging market for buyers. He lives and breathes real estate. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tom. This was our first time selling a home and he was very knowledgeable in walking us through each step. He always kept us up to date with offers and hosted a very successful open house. We sold our home in just a few days with a fantastic offer well over asking price. Tom was professional and knowledgeable about the area and we highly recommend working with him!

Buying a home in 2022 was a stressful experience, to say the least. Throughout our search, Shane was available, on top of things, good-humored, and a calming presence in our lives. She went with the flow of our marital dynamic without hesitating to guide us when our novice understanding of a situation was off-base. We grew so attached to Shane that our three-year-old son starting asking for her after daycare! Dont hesitate to trust her and Compass - we are delighted with our new home.

I have worked with a few realtors or real estate agents, and Shane is, quite simply, exceptional. She knew the area and brought good judgment to our search process. She demonstrated great negotiating skills with the purchase, getting us a price well below what we thought was possible. And she went far above and beyond, connecting us to local plumbers, painters, and electricians. She even coordinated with those people to help get the house ready for move in. On top of all of this, she was (and is) a great person: fun, easygoing, and great to get to know. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough!
