Jeff and Kara were beyond wonderful. They were recommended by our neighbor who had known Jeff since he was 13 years old. Jeff and Kara were always there for us. They handled all our calls, and there were many, promptly. When we were out of Washington they continued to keep us informed and answered all our questions promptly. They went way beyond normal by getting the house cleaned and things taken to the dump for us. I could go on and on as they were so great.

Jeff and Kara Vallejo are the best. If it wasnt for their persistence, knowledge of the market, and consistent encouragement we would never have successfully negotiated and purchased the house we now own. We get up every day and voice our gratefulness for where we now liveaEUR| all due to Jeff and Kara. We cant say enough great things about them.

Jeff is great at what he does. He helped us list and sell our home, he was willing to help with anything we needed, he knows the market and uses it to your advantage. Our house went pending within 3 days of listing it. He was a pleasure from start to finish. We will most definitely refer friends and family to him.

I referred MR. Vallejo and he met and exceeded all of my expectations. Extremely professional and a local expert when it comes to the island and surrounding area. Highly recommend to all my family and friends that move back to the island. Will be working with in a few years once I retire to find a home for my family.

Selling our home after 29 years of creating memories of raising our family was big, emotional step for us. It had also been 29 years since we had been in the real estate market. With so much time having passed, we had many questions about current market conditions, what buyers might be looking for, and what would be the best strategy for marketing our home online. We really needed someone who would take the time to be a partner with us aEUR" Jeff and Kara at The Vallejo Group were the perfect answer! From our initial conversations to the date of closing, their personalized, helpful approach, their high level of professionalism, and their knowledge of market conditions made the process easy and efficient. Jeff went above and beyond by making those extra efforts to make our sale successful. Through every step of the transaction, Jeff kept in continual communication with us to let us know his thoughts on pricing, what aEURoenext stepsaEUR? were coming, and to talk over possible marketing approaches to our reaching the perfect buyer. His advice paid off! We listed our house on Wednesday and three days later had a full price offer. We give the credit to Jeff and Kara. If youre contemplating buying or selling your home, we highly recommend Jeff and Kara at The Vallejo Group.

I live out of state now and decided to sell my house. I met Jeff with four days to get my home together to put on the market. He got all of the services that needed to be performed before it could be listed lined up that week and even helped me with a few things to keep me on schedule. The open house was the Friday and Saturday of that week. It was sold that weekend! He is not only a fantastic realtor but a fantastic person as well . I couldn't have had a better experience . Thank you Jeff!

From my first contact with Jeff, I could tell he is a hard worker. He immediately went out to the property, talked to neighbors and found an offer within 60 days of my listing with him. He kept in close contact and guided me through a complicated closing process. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jeff listened carefully to everything we were looking for. While we were not in a hurry to buy a house, he was patient and scouted out the perfect home for us. Jeff was professional with all the questions that arose during the process and kept us informed of all the steps while purchasing a new home. We will be excited to work with Jeff again in upcoming transactions.

Jeff proved to be an excellent realtor, he answered all the many questions my husband asked over and over again. The process was long, but Jeff was very patient and soothing with our anxiety. He allowed my husband to vent his concerns, and once again answer all his questions with appropriate answers.

Jeff made the home buying experience seamless! He listened to our needs and wants, never pushed a house that didnt feel right for us, and worked diligently until we found a home that was the right fit. Relocating is a stressful, unpredictable time, but Jeff made it easier by accommodating our schedule and being so gracious with our children who tagged along a few times during the process. We had quite a few questions along the way and made the tough decision to walk away from one house following inspections, before finding a home that met all of our needs and that we love! At every turn Jeff was understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable. We are very thankful that we got to work with Jeff and so appreciative of the wonderful experience he facilitated in buying the perfect home for our family. We highly recommend him!

If you get a chance to work with Jeff, I strongly recommend doing so! As a first time home buyer, I struggled making many decisions. I over analyzed, under analyzed, and routinely retracted decisions moments after making them. An overall nightmare I'd guess.. I had a HUGE fear of purchasing a house and waking up every day with buyers remorse as with a few other major purchases. I now shut my eyes and closet door in a home that almost seems custom built for me! Whats best is, thanks to him, I paid a great price for it so I wake up every day with no regrets at all! The entire process was smooth and transparent. I also loved the fact that he provided electronic document options, extremely convenient for the schedule I keep. Buying here on the island is a whirl wind. I got exactly what I was looking for in a home! Jeff was an experienced agent with outstanding knowledge of the area. He was always prompt, had great patience and helped me capitalize on decisions at the right time! From finding the right lender and the perfect house, to finalizing the deal and all the go in-betweens, Jeff was in the know and had it covered. Highly recommended.

Over the last 15 years we have bought and sold several homes using various agents. I can honestly say that our experience with Jeff was by far the best. If we were to buy another home in the Oak Harbor area, we would use him again.

Jeff always went over and above with his enthusiastic approach to selling my house. I was so impressed when I had open houses that he knocked on the doors of my neighbors to let them know of the upcoming open house in case they knew of anyone who would be interested. He also made a point of visiting local businesses to ask if he could post the flier for my home. He was always upbeat and positive and very willing to work with me through the challenges I presented to him. He was considerate of my schedule and the needs of my dog at all times. I would highly recommend Jeff as your next realtor whether you are buying or selling.
