Team Vallejo did an excellent job in assisting with the sale of our home Their knowledge of the local market helped set a selling price point for our home that was perfect allowing it to sell quickly while getting exactly what we neededhoped to get in the current market Karas assistance with staging our home for photos and showings was effective while not requiring drastic changes Jeff made himself available to speak with contractors for required inspection repairs when we were not able to be present Everything throughout the transaction went smoothly and we felt like we were kept well informed throughout the process I dont think there is a better more caring real estate team to sell or buy a home with on the island Team Vallejo did a GREAT job and are an excellent team Highly recommend you give them a call They deserve your business

If we had to do it all over again I would 100 percent choose Jeff and Kara Vallejo They made this the greatest home buying experience They were always available for calls and made every effort to make sure we had all of our questions answered even at 530 AM I cant recommend them enough
