Weve worked with one before so we have had some exposure but Jeff was excellent across the board. When we had our first call he was very consultative and asked a lot of great questions to get to know me, my preferences, and educate me on the process. From our first talks of areas to live, I felt extremely confident working with Jeff because he gave me certain things to think about based on my responses to him earlier and it felt incredibly natural - not too pushy one way or the other, but entirely supportive and knowledgeable. He keeps things light yet informational and I love this approach. He makes the experience fun and easily manageable, which is not what I had expected considering this is one of the biggest life decisions I was about to make. At some point it was going so well I was waiting for something to fall through! It didnt and Jeff was on top of everything from the moment we spoke to the time we were in the attorneys office closing on our new home. ZillowVERIFIED What an experience!! Purchasing a home is stressful as it is (especially with this crazy market), but we were also purchasing our home from out of state. With that added difficulty, Jeff made the process seem like such a breeze which in return calmed our nerves tremendously. We made multiple trips on weekends to ATL and Jeff always made himself available to show us new properties on ALL sides of town. Nothing was ever too far for him to drive to, nor did he ever make any excuses. From the first time we met and looked at houses, he knew exactly what we were looking for and he was able to take that information and narrow down homes to send us through email for us to pick and choose. There were even a few instances where Jeff would go and view the properties without us as we were not able to make it to town. He would then send us a walkthrough video of the home pointing out pros and cons. Many houses were seen and multiple offers were written, but we finally landed the house of our dreams. Might I add, Jeff writes very competitive offers and makes the personal phone calls that are needed to beat out the 30+ other offers.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Tubo is the greatest real estate agent ever! He really helped me from start to finish - at first I wanted to buy in one area of town and he helped me narrow my focus to another area of town, Midtown, that I hadn't really considered. He was super responsive and helpful to me in negotiating putting offers in, as well as making sure the sellers were going to cover a home warranty for me (I was purchasing an older home). He also recommended the best home inspector who did a really thorough job. When it came time for the amendment to address concerns, he helped me in making sure that the list protected me and that all the items were done to completion which was no easy task! He said on the mortgage broker to, to ensure that we closed on time. I couldn't recommend someone more highly; he really is outstanding and is now my new friend :)

ZillowVERIFIED Our family had a wonderful experience working with Jeff Tubo selling and buying our home(s). If you're looking to sell your house quickly, Jeff is the man! Jeff had wonderful associates to ensure a smooth and very prosperous process. His photographer, for example, produced flawless work that would make every Zillow viewer save as a favorite. We had multiple offers within hours of our first showing and a pending contract within 24 hours! In other words, we only had to show our house one time! As for our buying process we were under a time crunch due to the closing date of our pending contract. Jeff was on his game. We were on Zillow, non-stop, "loving" homes and requesting viewings one after another, up to 7 home per day! We sent a text to Jeff, "we need to see these homes", and he would set them up within hours- not days- hours, and he would spend the better part of his weekend with my family viewing homes. We are forever attached to whom my son calls "uncle Jeff". Thanks, bud!!

If you chose Jeff as your agent, expect for him to take the transaction of your selling or buying your home as seriously as it was his own. My home had been on the market with an agent who "knew the area" but lacked the drive to properly market my home to the right buyers. The day after I signed with Jeff I saw a dramatic difference in the buyers viewing my home. He wasn't trying to get the numbers up, he was trying to find a buyer who would actually want to buy my home. He strategically marketed my home and networked with other agents across the Atlanta area. When it came time to buy my new home, Jeff listened to me and didn't make any assumptions. Other agents had steered me towards homes that they thought were best for me, not what I wanted. Jeff showed skill in negotiating all aspects of the real estate transactions and helped me maximize my investment. He was very helpful with telling us what to do to get the house sold quickly and what NOT to do that would be money wasted. He was quick with his communication via e-mail, text, and phone calls. He was super patient in our search for the house we're buying now. He steered us away from some fixer-uppers that would have been repeats of the Money Pit movie, knowing that we're busy and have a limited budget for repairs. He gave his opinion when we asked for it, but he didn't foist his opinions on us. He cares about his clients being happy in their new home more than quick turnover in buying an okay house that might lead to buyers' remorse.
