Amazing from start to finish. Knew exactly what to say, what to do and oh yeah, did I mention he knew every nook and cranny in the book about real estate. Jeff educated us completely on buying a house and pretty much held our hand through the process. The seller kept changing her mind on selling and Jeff told us to just hang in there and everything will work out. It did!! We are happy with the purchase and appreciated his work. His communication skills were out of this world. Text, email, phone calls, I mean whatever, he was always updating us the entire time. Never had that type of service in any industry. Just great all around. Treats you like a family member. I actually had another agent and it was like a breath of fresh air when Jeff came along. The other agent felt wrong and we were tense with her. With Jeff we were very relaxed and were able to actually have time to think about what we wanted, instead of being pressured by the other agent.
