Working with Jeff has been a smooth process from beginning to end. We have probably given him headaches on a daily basis, constantly changing our search areas and turning our noses at most homes we've seen. We were looking for a home and not an investment property, and that is what he helped us find. He patiently listened to our 'demands' and helped us navigate the market within our means. I never felt pressures, and quite on the contrary. Jeff is very knowledgable in his field and he will tell you upfront when he smells something fishy about a property. He becomes really vested in you and is far FAR from your typical 'salesman.' Some days we saw 10 properties in a row. Other times he'd drive for an hour just to see a single house that just popped up. Jeff was often available to do this almost at a moments notice, rearranging his schedule to make sure that we don't miss anything. He did an amazing amount of research (on top of what he already knew) helping us finalize and finally narrow down on an area. Almost any question I had (and trust me - I had MANY) he had answered in a very detailed and eloquent manner, often within minutes ... even late at night. He spent endless hours with us, and I don't have enough words to thank him for his patience and knowledge.When we finally zeroed in on a home that we loved, Jeff was invaluable! He knew the process inside-out and kept us informed and on top of things every step of the way. We were able to close, ahead of schedule, without a hiccup! The market was very competitive, and our offer wasn't the highest on the table - but the seller wanted to move fast, and Jeff's responsiveness has put us ahead of all others.Thank you Jeff for helping us finally find and buy a home! It has been my pleasure working with Jeff on the purchase of our first home. Jeff knows the market, the process and does all his best to make sure everything goes fast and smooth. He is well organized and responsible person, he was always available on a phone and email and kept us informed of where we are and what will be the next step.Jeff listened well, was attentive to our needs and strived to understand our likes and dislikes. He didnt try to steer us to view homes that didnt fit the profile we discussed with him. We didnt feel rushed, nor were his opinions about each home we viewed anything less that 100% sincere.He did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make our experience special. Since we were new to the area, he offered his help and spend several days showing us the area, sights and interesting places.
