No stranger to negotiations, Jeff counseled us on how evaluate the price ranges we should pay for multiple homes we looked at and while we had a couple offers not get accepted initially, we landed a steal through his strong network of contacts. He communicated to us when we had to make a decision, balancing speed of closing, price, and flexibility with multiple property types all the while remaining calm and collected. He truly was the professional upon which we could rely for advice, never pressuring us to make a wrong decision but gently pushing us to move forward in the process. As buyer that has bought multiple properties, Jeff 's straightforward attitude towards buying real estate is something I value greatly, as it keeps me honest to my original goals even if I become somewhat emotionally attached to a particular home. But making the deal happen is Jeff's strongest asset - you will be ecstatic with the results.
