We got in touch with Darcy from a recommendation from our mortgage broker. We had been looking in the market for a while but hadn't found a house that we were ready to pull the trigger on. We attended an open house on Sunday, with offers being due by noon the following day. We reached out to Darcy that Sunday and she made us a priority to put together the best offer we could. Being first time home buyers, her depth of knowledge in the space and Lafayette hill area was crucial to us getting the house. From offer to closing, she was there every step of the way. Ive been wanting to buy a home in Margate and Longport for some time. I was referred to Jeff Silva. After telling him what i wanted, Jeff and Jackie proactively would reach out when an opportunity would come up. They emailed me listings that were both on the market, coming on the market soon, and some off market opportuntities. Their knowledge of Margate, Ventnor and Longport unmatched. They know all of the builders, realtors, zoning regulations etc. Jeff and his entire team were very responsive day or night, 7 days /week. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a tear down or new home. Looking forward to having his team over for drinks (once i get furniture).
