We partnered with Jeff to sell our Concord condo. Jeff is very knowledgeable and when talking to him very professional and seemingly all the skills required to be our agent. The reason we cannot recommend Jeff and are rating him rather poorly is because he was very unresponsive and uncommunicative throughout the process. Days or a week would go by and he simply wouldnt respond to texts or emails - well beyond the point of rudeness. And when / if we reached him, there was always some excuse. This happened many times during the several months it took to sell our condo.

Let's start with buying a first home is an emotionally exhilarating process, both joyous and terrifying. You believe yourself to be some kind of market guru and neighborhood expert with your daily viewings on zillow or redfin, but the reality is you're NOT. You know what the fruit looks like but have no concept of the texture, flavor, visceral impact, etc.. Enter Jeff Reynolds. We reached out to Jeff on a recommendation from another happy client and friend of ours. From the beginning Jeff's priority was understanding us, my wife and me, as individuals and as a pair. He created an open environment to share our needs, fears, and dreams. There was no pressure to move forward and no stupid questions to be had....(you will have "stupid" questions too, there is a reason to hire a professional). Jeff's knowledge of, what seemed like, every Seattle neighborhood was well beyond anything you could find online. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over decades of being in the industry, but shares it modesty and honestly. As we viewed homes Jeff would walk with us on our envisioned future, never rushing or prodding. Admittedly we worked our way through emotionally more than objectively, and don't kid yourself so will you... as we made our way back to the entrance we quickly learned Jeff was visually raking the place with a fine tipped comb. He would then give us the brass tacks on everything we might have overlooked; the drive in, construction oddities, improvements needed, quality of appliances, etc. His professionalism truly would shine at this time. When the right house came all three of us knew. Once we decided to make an offer we had full confidence that Jeff would see it accepted(we were not the only ones interested in our home). To top everything off he welcomed us into our new home with some champagne, another warm touch to an absolute enjoyable and professional experience.. my wife and I couldn't be happier with our new home.
