ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell! I contacted him from out of state to begin working on the sale of my moms home in the area. He was wonderful and worked with my schedule on the west coast when communicating with me every step of the way. This was a very complicated and emotional move, but Jeff was extremely patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and kind.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was able to sell our house very quickly and got us a great price. It really pays to work with a skilled and knowledgeable Realtor - you will get a higher price for your house as a result. Jeff identified that according to code, our house was a four bedroom and not a three bedroom as we had been told previously, and the appraisers report confirmed Jeff was right. This led to a higher asking price. Because of Jeffs strong connections, he was able to line up the viewing for what would turn out to be our highest offer before the listing even went live. He stayed involved and was quick to respond throughout the process. It doesnt hurt that hes one of the most likable people out there.

He was very quick to respond, and was enthusiastic and patient whenever I asked for help or had a question. It is very hard to find a house in this market and I feel I was only successful because of Jeffs knowledge and experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall Jeff did a good job and is a very nice person. We have and would recommend him to others. This home was not an easy home to sell because of the layout of the home, the size of the home and the clutter from an ongoing contents auction. Jeff always showed up on time and helped us to sell my Father In Laws home. My Father In Law chose Jeff after interviewing others and we would have done the same!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jeff Osborne in 2021 when my husband and I purchased a home in Roanoke, Virginia. He's an experienced, dedicated, and knowledgeable realtor. When we were ready to make an offer on a house, it was a Friday night and Jeff was finishing up at a school event for his daughter. He told us to give him thirty minutes to get home and then he helped us submit an offer. He's a wonderful realtor and person and we had a great experience working with him. My husband and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is informative every step of the way. He was either always able to be reached or always called back. I have and always will recommend him as weve had nothing but a good experience. Over the course of 4 years we looked at homes 3 separate times and got our end lined up enough to have scored a beautiful house with Jeffs help. 10/10 would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Osborne has helped my husband and I sell our home and move out of state. He was there for us 100% for any questions, concerns or guidance that we needed. His quick responses and always keeping our best interest in mind first made the transition from Virginia to Pennsylvania much much easier. His knowledge of the market and surrounding areas helped us to sell our home quickly which is just what we needed and just what we asked him for. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a house as he went above and beyond for us each and every step of the way and for most of the selling process each and every day he was going above and beyond. He will listen to your request and your needs and wants and be sure to take care of you first in my opinion theres no one better.

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing your first home can be an overwhelming experience. The lunacy of the 2021 housing market made that experience seem almost unattainable. Enter Jeff Osborne. When we first contacted Jeff, it was clear that he would be the agent to help us buy our first home. He had all of the traits you would expect, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and local area/market knowledge. He coupled that with a sense of humor that helped make a stressful endeavor painless and relaxed. We, like all first-time homebuyers, were worried about one main thing. We didn't want to buy the wrong house. Jeff made sure that didn't happen. He was patient, listened to what we wanted in a home, and even helped us walk away from houses we decided weren't for us. We never felt pressured or rushed. Jeff made himself available on our schedule, making every effort to respect our time. When we weren't working, Jeff was. We could call or text whenever we saw a house with potential, and Jeff would immediately make a plan for us to view it at the earliest availability. When the house we eventually bought came onto the market, Jeff helped us move quickly, making sure we put ourselves in the best possible position. Because of Jeff, we are now in our dream first home.If you are a first-time homebuyer looking for an agent to help you find your perfect first home, you need to contact Jeff today.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff worked with us in selling our home. He gave us valuable advice on the current market, and how to prepare for putting the home on the market. He stayed in touch with us every step of the way. Once we were ready to list the home, he had beautiful, professional pictures taken. We had 12 excellent offers in 2.5 days. Our home ended up selling for 18% above list price. The entire process could not have gone better. We would not hesitate to use Jeff again for purchasing or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff and his associate (Rich Roberts) met with my wife and myself at or lake house on a Thursday afternoon. They were very friendly and professional. They told us the next day our house would be listed on several locations and by Sunday they would be having open house there. In less than a week the House was under contract to be sold. We both love these guys. They did exactly what they said they would do.
