ZillowVERIFIED I enjoyed working with Jeff. He was very helpful and knowledgable about the the local housing market. Jeff was *always* available to answer questions and walk me through any concerns. Jeff was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder about what was going on. ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is wonderful. In 2014 he helped me purchase my home and now in 2021 he has assisted me in the sale of that same home. He is very diligent and experienced in what he does. I have enjoyed working with him both times. I would highly recommend him as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a few special requests when I purchased my home and Jeff was right there ready to help. I felt so comfortable working with him it was as if he knew exactly what I wanted/needed. If we looked at a house and it was not the one for me, I feel like we both knew it from the moment we went inside. It was such an awesome experience working with Jeff. He wasnt just trying to make a sale, he cares about you, the person, and making sure you get exactly the home you are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Konrady is the best realtor weve worked with in the last 20 years. He is thoughtful and respectful. Jeff knows this business inside and out. He is fast, efficient and listens to hear, not to respond. The housing market is exploding right now but not once did I feel like Jeff wasnt meeting our needs or staying right on top of everything. He was a wealth of information on several properties we looked at and his years of expertise showed!! We couldnt have done this without him!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a first time home buyer. Jeff was easily able to show me a few homes to find the perfect match. Jeff was always able to respond quickly to any questions I had and he was also able to be great at negotiating with the sellers. Jeff has helped my parents find their home and he always gave his 100% no matter what happened. We will continue to work with Jeff for any other family members or friends in search of a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently used Jeff Konrady as our realtor in our search for a new home. He was very responsive to questions and he's on top of all the details from start to finish. When looking at a potential house, it was very clear that he was trying to make sure we found a good home that fit our needs. He was down on his hands and knees inspecting basements for any sign of previous flooding, pointing out pros and cons. It was clear that he wasn't just trying to make a quick sale, but take the time to find the right one. One reason we chose to work with Jeff is because he recently helped my Mom downsize into a small condo. We've all seen or heard of realtors who only give their full attention to clients who have a higher end budget. But that was not the case with Jeff. He took his time and even steered her away from a couple places that didn't quite fit her needs. To me, that showed his character. I highly recommend Jeff.

ZillowVERIFIED This guy answers his phone and he listens. He went above and beyong for both we the buyers - and the sellers.Jeff presented facts instead of hype. He understood what we were looking for and knew the imediate market. There was limited inventory in the specfic development we were considering. We made and offer on our house within several days it hit the market. We closed 45 days later.
