If one is looking for a vacation rental home or a primary home in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, then Jeff is the agent for you. Jeff is easy to work with and has great depth of knowledge of the Outer Banks area and the vacation rental market. We worked with Jeff to purchase our 1st vacation rental home and he helped us understand the rental income prospects in the OBX. All agents know about the area and the vacation rental information however Jeff knows how to execute a contract in many different ways. At one point he had to educate the selling agent on the contract clause. Thank you Jeff for always being on our side and getting us best deal possible. We will be in the lookout for our next rental soon.
