ZillowVERIFIEDJeff knows the market and values even in this tough market. He was able to give us accurate advice so there was little negotiation needed. He is thorough with the contract and doesnt miss a thing. This is the 4th transaction I have had with him and plan to use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was the best real estate agent we have ever had. He was beyond patient in what turned out to be a 6 month search for our perfect place. He helped us through some difficult negotiations as well as went above and beyond to make sure we were covered and protected with our purchase. He really saved us from a stressful situation by always being available to help and come up with creative solutions to problems. I just can't say enough what a all around honest, reliable and hardworking man he is.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved across the country before the house closed. The movers caused some damage, plus a few things showed up needing repairs during the inspection. Jeff was very prompt and responsive in taking care of all the issues for us and the house closed right on time.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was 2nd to none through our emotional and complicated sale. Jeff handled the entire transaction with our family not being able to make it there from out of State. He organized dump runs, repairs and cleaning and there was a lot of that to be done. I would recommend Jeff to anybody. On top of everything else he has a wonderful attitude and hes brilliant when it comes to resolving issues if any arise. Thank you Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff handled the sale of acreage for my husband and myself. It was a rather complicated transaction but he worked until he came up with the solution and was able to process the sale. Both the buyer and myself are happy with the sale. I highly recommend Jeff because of his ethical values and willingness to go the extra mile to assist both seller and buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family recently had Jeff as our real estate agent in selling a property that we had owned for many years in a state we did not reside in. To say we were satisfied would be an understatement. Jeff was outstanding in working with us and selling our property faster than we thought possible. Jeff was honest and provided us a valuable service that we are thankful for. Our family sincerely recommends Jeff Hunsaker. aEUR"- Judy L. et all.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff goes out of his way to make sure as a client I am taken care of and pays attention to details. For example, Jeff knew that we were out of town shoveled our driveway when it snowed, he even cleaned a carpet stain that we had not noticed when the furniture was moved.Jeff is very personable, hard working, punctual and provides timely and good feedback.I highly recommend Jeff and his team and will use them again if we purchase other properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying real estate was a tumultuous experience for me emotionally to say the least, and was stressful to me like nothing I have ever known, especially with me not being a power hitter, and having to fit rather tightly on a budget, and the market with its present devouring nature as it is. Sometimes shopping for a house made me just want to die, where as that seemed a lot more pleasurable than ever buying a house. Jeff Hunsaker, my Realtor was the only good element in all of this. He really helped me get through the roller coaster of finding a place to call my own. Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, and I really feel like I owe him one for what he did for me. On top of everything else, he really knows his trade.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Jeff for over a year to find a place in Spokane area, as we were moving from Virginia. He was super helpful with taking pictures and checking places out for us that we couldn't take a look at ourselves. His recommendations for a mortgage company and other real estate guidance was also greatly appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff has been Agent Extraordinaire. Our selling situation has been complicated and prolonged, & we're still not finished. Jeff has continued to give sound advice, and to be encouraging, optimistic, and calm. He is never too busy or bothered to take a text or a call. He is a gem!
