Jeff has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since January 2001. He's a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and holds a Bachelor's degree from Boise State University. He has extensive real estate knowledge and experience in luxury homes, estate/trust sales, investment property, land sales, and relocation. My experience as a homebuyer with Jeff was extremely positive! Jeff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and helped me tremendously. Im a first time homebuyer in a hot sellers market, which made me anxious going into this process. But Jeff eased my mind by answering all my questions, and made sure I was in good hands from the beginning to end. I especially appreciated his expert knowledge in all areas of real estate, whether its questions about the neighborhood, house renovation, or just questions about the process, Jeff provided great info. Additionally, I was out of town during the entire homebuying process, but that never was a problem, and Jeff made sure everything was smooth in the process. I appreciate everything that he brought to the table, and so grateful to have worked with him. Highly recommend Jeff!!!!!

Jeff is fantastic to deal with. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. Whatever you have a question on...no matter what time or day..Jeff would always get back to me as soon as possible. I was out of town when my house was going thru the bid process and home inspection. We were put in touch with Jeff when we relocated to Ada County from the West Coast. We were overwhelmed by the quantity of inventory in the Boise area. Jeff is very knowledgeable because he?s engaged in many aspects real estate - trends, matching buyers & sellers, investing. He gave us complete attention when he was with us as if we were his only clients (which we weren?t). He was like a lighthouse beacon in a sea of available properties, never pushing us towards any one, but kindly dissuading us from ones where the shortcomings were not apparent to us. Our experience was like many others who?ve written recommendations: we found a lovely house in record time. Jeff Christianson is an amazing Realtor. He is an expert of his craft. His level of customer service was exceptional. We had an offer within 3 days of listing. Jeff put the right people in play for prepping for listing (maintenance updates), pictures, and staging. That was the easy part. We had a complicated close due to a pipe burst during the closing process. We had to go through mitigation and restoration of our crawlspace and flooring. Jeffs cool, calm and collect personality made a really stressful situation better for my family. He (again) got the right people in play to continue to move the closing process forward. He was our advocate and our advisor. He provided multiple solutions and allowed us to choose the best route for our family. You will not be disappointed with Jeff as your realtor. I relocate people all the time and there is only one Realtor I recommend and that is Jeff. If you want a good experience no matter how complicated the sell or buy is, work with Jeff.
