My experience as a homebuyer with Jeff was extremely positive! Jeff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and helped me tremendously. Im a first time homebuyer in a hot sellers market, which made me anxious going into this process. But Jeff eased my mind by answering all my questions, and made sure I was in good hands from the beginning to end. I especially appreciated his expert knowledge in all areas of real estate, whether its questions about the neighborhood, house renovation, or just questions about the process, Jeff provided great info. Additionally, I was out of town during the entire homebuying process, but that never was a problem, and Jeff made sure everything was smooth in the process. I appreciate everything that he brought to the table, and so grateful to have worked with him. Highly recommend Jeff!!!!!

If you are in the market to buy a house, we would highly recommend you contact Kylee Maccracken. She is an excellent realtor. We could not have had a more positive experience during the purchasing process of our new home. She is delightful, energetic, pays attention to detail and so knowledgeable! Contact Kylee; you will be glad you did!

Kylee helped us win our house bid, even though we weren't the highest bidders. What else do I need to say? In the Seattle-area housing market, that's gold.Kylee was an absolute pleasure to work with. Fast and responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely fun to work with. She made touring houses fun and did a great job at both understanding our wishes and helping us see the trade-offs inherit in those wants.I strongly recommend!
