Jeff Capen has been my RE guru for almost 20 years. He and his team helped me buy my first investment property in 2007 and a second one in 2011. Over the past 2 years he has helped me sell both properties. The last property even needed considerable renovations before going to market, which he coordinated and managed at no additional expense on my behalf. I dont know any other RE agents who would extend themselves to that extent. So Ive worked with Jeff and his team on both ends of the spectrum and know how he operates.
