During my home searching process, there were houses that I wanted to put offers on, and others that I wasn't sure about. Jeannie was patient and understanding, even when we had to drive long distances to look at a house, and I ultimately decided against making an offer on it. As well, when I had made offers on houses, only to find out that mine wasn't accepted, she maintained great motivation and positivity in helping me find other possibilities. We had a hard deadline of 35 days when we started working with Jeannie. Within the week we found a place and were negotiation closing terms. She lives in Vancouver, Wa. but we live in the Sacramento area and had to come up several times to view houses. After giving Jeannie an idea of what we were looking for; she went right at it and sent us great homes to choose from. We were outbid a couple of times but she kept us in positive spirits and eventually we found the perfect house for Mom.
