ZillowVERIFIEDJeanette was a fantastic realtor to work with. I was a new arrival to this area with a strong desire to purchase a home here ASAP.Jeanette worked patiently with me. She answered all my questions, helped me gain a better understanding as to what was available locally to best fit both my budget and preference and gave me confidence in my rights and role as a buyer. She was intuitive, honest and did so much more than just help me find a house...she helped me find a home! ??I am so thankful to have had Jeanette as my realtor and will enthusiastically recommend her to buyers or sellers in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanett was very helpful with the purchase process. We live a couple hours away and were only available on weekends and holidays to see potential properties. Jeanett made sure she was there when we could be. There was one holiday she was out of town on vacation when a property came on the market- she made arrangements for someone else to show it to us that holiday ( made phone calls and arrangements while on vacation). We would use Jeanett again without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanett helped my wife and I search for both a new home and a lot to build a home. She has always been courteous and quick to respond. She knows the area and market thoroughly and has an easy friendly manner. I could not recommend anyone higher for helping with real estate sales or purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanette was great. Even though we were overseas most of the time Jeanette stuck with us as we decided what house to buy and even ventured out of her immediate neighborhood to find the perfect house. Everything went very smooth and she obviously knows her business. We couldn't be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanett represented me for the purchase of a recreational property in 2012, and later for the sale of the same property in 2017. Because I'm located outside the state of Washington, finding a reliable real estate agent to act on my behalf was a top priority. Both my Canadian citizenship as well as my choice to use seller financing made the sale especially complex, but Jeanett was there every step of the way to ensure that the transaction was completed smoothly and to help me understand things clearly.Working with Jeanett was a great pleasure and I can confidently say that buyers and/or sellers who choose to enlist her real estate expertise will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time buyers with a complicated purchase (foreclosure in need of work) . Jeanett not only answered every question we had, but we truly believe had it not been for her knowledge and negotiation skills we would not hove found/gotten the home we did. There were major obstacles thru out this process and Jeanett had all the right fixes to get past them

ZillowVERIFIED It can be very challenging to renovate, improve, and sell any property, but to do so from 900 miles away only compounds the challenges. Jeanett was very helpful through the entire process, and when the time finally came to hand the keys over to her to sell our house, she was quick and responsive and able to take all our hard work and care become realized, and also help a happy buyer realize the joy of a beautiful home. Any real estate sale or purchase can likely be the largest purchase or sale of our life, and I am grateful to Jeanett for her expertise to not only do her job, but to help us and guide us to also do ours to make this important decision a success for both the seller and the buyer; a true win win. I can recommend Jeanett and will gladly use her again for any future real estate transaction on the Olympic Peninsula.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanett truly went above and beyond to get our house sold. She was easy to work with and was always available. Because we live in another state, she handled things that we should have if we had been closer. She has been our agent for one sale and two purchases and we will call her again for any real estate transaction in our future!

ZillowVERIFIED She was excellent! She was very attentive from beginning to closing in every way. She went above and beyond in helping to get the carpet stretched and the inside painted before my dad moved in. If I ever buy or sell again I do plan to contact Jeanett.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanett was my 1st realtor & she was amazing to work with!! I wish I could've taken her with me when I moved. She's on it when it comes to issues. She didn't just tell me when something was wrong, but she provided me with plans of action & options. She was available when I needed her, she even showed up when she was sick on a Sunday in her PJ's just to show me a house I was kind of interested in. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients. She helped me buy & sell my house.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeanett worked her heart out for us. We were picky and kept her looking for more than 1 year. Other local realtors wouldn't follow up, didn't return calls, etc. but Jeanett was different. She never gave up, she never showed any frustration with us, she just kept looking and suggesting new options until she found the perfect property. She was personable, patient and very professional. We would recommend her without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Port Angeles a year ago and I have never had a real estate agent work harder for us. Jeanett understood our needs, as we were moving from a different state. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our transaction became very difficult and Jeanett worked tirelessly to make sure we did not lose our home. I can say with certainty that there isn't anything Jeanett wouldn't do to make sure your transaction is taken care of professionally and with a positive attitude. I feel so lucky to have chosen Jeanett as she was always kind, prompt, professional, and thorough. We can't recommend Jeanett enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I have to admit I was overwhelmed with the process as a first time homebuyer and new to the Port Angeles area. Upon my first visit with Jeanett Heaward, my fears and stress were soon erased. Her talent and guidance helped me to find the home that is perfect for me, and for that I will always be extremely grateful.Jeanett went above and beyond my expectations, starting with her willingness to meet me on a Sunday. She was patient and forthright in answering the hundreds of questions that I threw her way and helped me find the home that fit not only my lifestyle but my budget. Thank you again Jeanett for all of your hardwork, passion for what you do and love, and your continued dedication to the profession. You are a realtor gem!

ZillowVERIFIED She went over and above normal realtor duties. She and her sons moved our furniture to a storage unit and then helped sell it. What did not sell, she arranged for a charitable donation. She was amazing.
