Due to Covid, it was pretty hard to get an appointment to see the property but John was all over it and within a week of seeing the property we had made an offer. He gave us priceless advice that helped us avoid a bidding war and was constantly keeping me updated. Once we closed on the house, he took on the task of getting our condo rented out and put in a ton of effort to ensure we would have a quality tenant as quickly as possible.John is passionate, aggressive in all the right ways, transparent, and treats every client as if they are his number one priority. When we first met, we actually let him know that we were not in a rush to buy a home and he was fine with it, instead asking us questions to figure out what kind of properties to send us. He always pointed out both the negatives and positives of a property and what it meant for us as owners. As first time home owners, it was extremely helpful and helped shape our opinions on things moving forward. As we learned more from him, our preferences changed to what really worked for us and our needs. We also moved from another state and having John work with us helped us decide what area truly worked best for us, as well as the laws/local policies we'd need to keep in mind.
