Jay sold my home in Fairfax , Virginia in four days for substantially over asking. Jay and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Prior to showing the house, Jay not only did an initial evaluation on my house but said that he also wanted his team to see the house for additional comments, suggestions and pricing info. The team then had a real clear idea of the house they were showing before it was even formally listed. Jays suggestions in aEUR~staging were mostly moving a piece of furniture slightly or, in some cases, just removing the piece altogether. Jay was very professional in all he did. It was a pleasure to work with this company.
