My husband and I worked with Jay for a couple of months on a condo purchase in Bellingham. Throughout the process, he was absolutely amazing! He was exceptionally responsive and a good listener, and shared listings with us that fit what we had discussed, without trying to sway us in other directions. He was more than happy and patient to show us any listing that we had an interest in, and then had excellent, knowledgeable feedback when we had questions about properties. During the offer process, he and his team were tremendously responsive as well - we asked for a chimney inspection, for example, and he was resourceful in finding an inspector and getting it set up well within the deadlines necessary. Ultimately, when the inspection and HOA disclosures suggested the property was not a good fit for our goals and risk profile, Jay listened to us and provided honest insights without just trying to close a sale. Throughout the whole process, Jay was communicative, respectful, kind, insightful and transparent. He knows the market well and listens to his clients first. We would absolutely use him again for any transaction we would consider in the area.
