Working with Jason was an excellent experience. He made the process so easy for us. Jason was so knowledgeable and helpful. Jason was very quick to get the property listed, shown and sold. We had it for sale by owner for 4 weeks before deciding to use Jason at Coldwell Banker as a listing agent. The process was so quick, we never in met in person as we live 90 minutes away from the listing! Thanks to him the property closed in 45 days approximately from when we listed it.
