As many would agree, the process is very daunting even if you have done it before. There were so many unknowns that were acting as a barrier to our decision to begin the process. We Expressed the need for more land and just wanting to see what was avalable. ZillowVERIFIED "Superhero", that is our agent Jason St. Croix ! I'm met Jason St Croix when I had two other agents turn me down to show me a house on a Friday and the other one was on a Sunday. Due to my job and my husband's job it was very hard to look at houses at a convenient time Monday through Friday 9 to 5, but Jason said I'll find you the perfect home it doesn't matter what day of the week or holiday, even if it was raining or so hot that we were all dehydrated from looking at so many houses in one day. We dragged him from St. Petersburg to Weeki Wachi including all surrounding areas. I found 17 homes and sent them to him and he had not only had them all st up and scheduled to view in 2 days, but he also had every answer for all the questions I hit him up with on all 17 homes. He found us the home of our dream that came with everything we were looking for and then some extras you know the ones you discuss doing after the buy. We didn't know what to do next after saying this is the one, I don't want to look at any other this is it! He moved quicker than a speeding bullet, he wrote everything down and had it all drawled out for us in a diagram. All the different steps that we were fixing to endure. He told us you gotta move fast fast fast you gotta stay on it and if I need it you gotta get right back to me that way we have no loose ends or mistakes made that could cost us to miss out on the purchase of our dream home. He even found us a different mortgage company that moved faster than our own private bank and they even offered us a lower interest rate, tell me that a Superhero material. He worked so hard all through the night and had other clients Not to mention his wife and young daughter he worked so hard with a loss of sleep he even had lehren Jadis. When I became so tired and stressed out he told me you got this, I've got this I'll help you get through it, when I became weak he was my man of steal. I'm sitting here in my new home on my beautiful back porch overlooking our gorgeous swimming pool, three houses from the intercoastal on a beautiful evening writing this review.
