ZillowVERIFIEDJason did an exceptional job helping us sell our home in Port Richey. Had a cash buyer after two or three lookers just after the first week of being listed.. Things moved so fast it got to be a real thing trying to keep up with the process. Had some glitches from the buyer's side but , Jason kept me & the wife informed & managed to resolve the issues. I think I talked to Jason via phone more than I talk to the Mrs. My wife & I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIEDJason was very helpful since I am not in florida .Long distance buying can be very hard I an sure, but Jason worked with me and my son to make for a very easy and good experience.He answered all my questions,and there were many so I could understand them.He explained how florida works in reference to home buying.He always answered his phone which made me fell that I was important to him.He was there for my son to deal with the house,the inspection,the other realtor,the seller. He keep in constant contact with both of us to make sure we got all the e-mails that came through, regardless of where they came from.I really can't tell you in words how much I appreciate Jason.I can't wait to get to florida so I can thank him in person.There should more people in this world like Jason.He is a good guy.You are lucky to have him represent Zillow.Thank you,Nikki Bender
