Jason Rains

My name is Jason. I'm a real estate professional in the Greater Kansas City area; licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. More importantly though, I am just a guy who enjoys building meaningful relationships, both in business and in life. As a former police officer for 15 years with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, I place trust at the center of these relationships.

I grew up in the "Northland" where I attended Oak Park High School and William Jewell College. I later received a Master's in Business Management from Baker University. Using this knowledge, I have been the small business owner of both a residential construction company and multiple fitness facilities. Being in a customer oriented environment has taught me that the value of the actual product is only a piece of the puzzle when it comes to the business. What's more important is whether or not a person trusts who they do business with.

Relationships are always the foundation of trust. If there is one thing that I could attribute to success, it is understanding that having a relationship is always more important than doing a deal. I try to embody that mentality every day beyond all else. So, though I'd be honored to be your agent, I aspire to be your friend.
