Jason is very personable and forthright. Excellent follow through, always there to assist me through the process. Jason selected showings I was wanting ,be it style. ,location or price range. He was able to make house hunting easy and enjoyable. I have purchased several homes over time and would say Jason Rains is the best Ive encountered. I recommend him highly.

Jason made the home-buying process a breezeaEUR"fun, smooth, and stress-free! Hes incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely puts his clients best interests first. Jason is a fantastic agent. He listens, he gives expert advice but I always felt in control of my dealings. Jason is the best and I recommend him to anyone in the KC area.

Jason was the perfect Realtor for my wife and me. We were first time home buyers from across the country, and he still made the whole process stress free and easy. He even made detailed personal video tours of any home we wanted a closer look at. He answered all of our questions and streamlined the home buying process so that it was smooth and painless. Jason is incredibly detail oriented and went above and beyond helping us with strategy and looked out for our best interests before, during, and after closing. Cannot recommend Jason enough to anyone looking to buy a home in the KC area. 11/10.

Jason is awesome to work with! His creativity and "outside the box" approach to buying/selling is unmatched! We used him to sell our last home and he worked hard and found us our forever home. I recommend him to everyone I know!
