From start to finish Jason exceeded all my expectations. I was very happy with the service provided, professional, quick and made buying my first home a cake walk (buying my vehicle was harder)! Selecting a real estate professional to represent me in the sale of my home AND the purchase of my new home was a major decision. Jason Parsons was the best choice! Jason listened closely to my needs, developed a plan specific to my home, and then implemented the plan. HE SOLD MY HOME ON THE FIRST DAY!!! ...and above the asking price. A Sellers Dream! With the way the market is in Medina, I needed Jason to be quick in submitting my offers. He is available 24/7! The house I got was only on the market for a few hours before he had already gotten me in to view it. He wrote down my offer that same night and WE GOT IT! It was a perfect home for my family that we hope to enjoy for years to come. Additionally, he was very thorough in explaining different plans and letting me in on the whole process. I personally did not buy a home from Jason but my daughter and son in law did, and he was truly such a blessing to work with .. They are young, 21 years old, and buying a home can be such a stressful and overwhelming process, but from day 1 Jason made them feel very confident and was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure they found the perfect house for them .. Robert works crazy hours and he always understood and worked with them so that Robert was able to be there to look at the houses .. I also went with them to look at the houses and my parents also came a few times and Jason was so friendly to us all and made us feel welcome right away & He encouraged them to bring us.. once they found their home, he then worked hard to make sure that things were done right ! Buy the time that everything was finalized Jason was not only their realtor but a friend as well .. I am very thankful that Brooke and Robert found him and for all his help and kindness to not only them but to the rest of us as well ..
