Because several of us were coordinating the sale from different states, there was plenty of opportunity for confusion, delays and crossed wires. Jason never allowed that to happen. He kept us informed, patiently answered every question, gave us straight answers and made certain we understood the reasoning behind each recommendation. What really set Jason apart was the extraordinary care and professionalism he brought to presenting the home. His use of professional photographers, together with Zillows Showcase feature, was exceptional. Frankly, the finished presentation looked like something I would expect to see for a $5 million property in the North Texas Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex or Melbournes southeastern suburbs in Victoria. Jason also demonstrated a deep understanding of the local market and the realities of selling a home in todays conditions. He was honest about what was happening, practical in his strategy, calm throughout the negotiations and fully engaged from preparing the home through the final closing. He knew when to advise, when to listen and when to step in and keep matters moving forward. Selling a longtime family home is not merely a real estate transaction. There are memories, emotions, family concerns and very real financial consequences involved. Jason understood all of that. He treated my sister and our entire family with kindness, dignity and respect, while still keeping the process focused and moving towards a successful conclusion. Jason was responsive, dependable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Most importantly, he earned our trust, and that is not something I give lightly.
