Very quickly she made it obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. When homes I liked were posted, the market was so competitive, houses were selling in mere days. Knowing this, when something came up that I thought I would like, I typically wanted to see it the day it was listed. Tiffany ALWAYS made this happen. I can't imagine how often I disrupted her plans, but we always managed to get in. We finally found a property that met my criteria, but needed some cosmetic help.
