ZillowVERIFIED I'm an active investor in NW CT. Jason was listing a series of properties in Litchfield County that we put in strong offers in and he attempted to dual represent us. Over a period of a couple months for one and couple days for the rest, I never felt that my offers were being adequately conveyed to the Seller. This has been a very frustrating experience, as there was a point where it seemed the offers had be accepted, and then after the holiday weekend to find out it was reneged. When working with realtors, I look to find a path to close the deal for both sides to close (ask, offer, negotiation, accepted close), and I didnt feel as this was conveyed. Jason seems like he would be a good realtor to most but I would definitely hire another broker, despite any insistence otherwise to represent dual represent.

And the home we were looking at (and moved into) has a swimming pool, which was also a new experience for us.
