The most important quality, in my opinion, is he is always available. We probably looked 20 houses together, and for the last house I kind of got into a bidding war with several offers. I had to contact Jason constantly just for not losing our position on the list of offers, weekends, early mornings... Jason was on top of it and answered every call, provided all documents in timely manner. I truly appreciate what Jason had done for me. He assisted us with providing safe and reliable professional contacts for the closing of the loan and title, as well as stuck by our side when, following the sale, construction errors prevented us from moving in, communicating with the previous owner pointing out disclosure discrepancies and meeting contractors at the property to try to resolve the water leakage and other discovered problems. Some of what I liked most about Jason was how he seemed to be there for me whenever I had questions or whenever there was a house I wanted to see, I know he has other people he's working with so that really stuck out for me. I also liked how personable he is, it was like my friend was helping me find a house I loved.We looked at 3 or 4 houses before I found the one I wanted, we went and seen it the first day it was on the market, there were others who seen it that day and made offers but I told Jason I really wanted this one and he did everything he could to get it for me, I will be forever grateful, I hope I am never in the market for a house again but if I am there is no question I will call Jason.

After explaining exactly what I wanted and my long term financial goals Jason found what I was looking for when I could not.He really listened and then went the extra mile going through every single listing in the area and finding several I had missed. One of them was something I would not have thought of, but would have worked for meaEUR|so good job "thinking out of the box."After Jason found us what we were looking for he got the price down and suggested we ask for no closing costs, a home warranty and a title policy all paid for by the seller...In the end the seller met us half way on the price and accepted our conditions.He also found us someone to write the mortgage...and three weeks later we were home owners.Every step of the way Jason was there. he answered every phone call and every question. When in doubt, he found the answer, and or resolved the issue.There was one question Jason had been unable to get an answer to before closing. The next day, I got an email saying he was still working on it...three days later he sent me the information I had been trying to get from the seller. That information will make my life much easier going forward. Even after he had his commission check in his pocket, Jason kept right on working for me. The only thing I regret is that I am not in the market for another house...just yet. I do, however work with people moving to the area and had never been able to confidently refer them to a good realtor. Now I have a stack of Jason's cards ready to hand out knowing with Jason, my clients will be in good hands. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. My wife and I used this site to browse through houses in the area that we wanted to live in, and after we found couple of homes, we filled out the generic form on Zillow and sent it to all the Realtors in network. Jason was the first to respond. My wife had previously worked with realtors before, however this was my first experience. To make a long story short, Jason was extremely knowledgeable and extremely available throughout the entire home buying process. He had no problem working with our crazy schedules (we both work nights), and I could always count on him answering my phone calls or sending a text if he was in a meeting. I was immediately impressed with how Jason sells a home. I have often heard how some realtors place undue pressure on their potential clients to buy a home that is at the top of their budget or beyond; this was not the case with Jason. We had done all of our research and looked over all of our income to determine our budget for a new house and Jason respected our wishes by only showing us properties that were within our price range. The house we first made an offer on was not the house we ended up buying. I can tell that Jason is a man of high moral integrity and professionalism as he helped us through the process of reclaiming our earnest money. He fully supported my decision to back out after finding some sub par electrical work. When I came to him with my concerns he was more than willing to discuss all the options and help us either get past our first time home buyer's jitters or move on to a different property, the latter of which was necessary in our case. We soon found a property that we liked and with his help and masterful knowledge of the surrounding area and pricing structure, we were able to make an offer and purchase the house at well below asking price. I would with out hesitation recommend Jason to any of my friends and family who are in the market for a new home. He is a true professional and expert in his field.

He knows the San Antonio market like the back of his hand and he nailed down a perfect price and we made an offer which ultimately the seller accepted. He was able to get all our closing cost paid by the seller and we got an amazing deal. Jason was phenomenal throughout the entire process as we searched for our home. He constantly bombarded me with listings that exactly matched my requirements, streamlining the process for us. He efficiently executed all required items allowing us to search, walk through multiple homes, place offers and close in a little over a month on our ideal house. Bottom line: if you haven't contacted Jason with your real estate needs, you are wasting valuable time, foregoing expertise second to none, and you are not getting the best out deal there.

He was very quick and called me up almost instantly after the request went through. He was very responsive, and was very quick to return all my emails within a few hours. We went through house after house, and although I was getting annoyed with our findings, he stayed optimistic that he would find me something I liked. Eventually we did. He was very honest and extremely helpful and I recommend him highly. His lender and inspection guy were also very good, and I'm glad I went with his recommendations on those two items.
