As a first time home buyer it can be stressful, even worse in the era of covid. I was in California contacting Jasmina at probably the most inconvenient of times and she would be there to answer questions and alleviate concerns. Jasmina was such a great help we recommended her to my sister in law who was thinking of purchasing a home in the area as well. 10/10 would recommend, and i hate people. ZillowVERIFIED I selected Jasmina over an agent I had previously purchased and sold real estate with. I had decided to move after being in my house 2 years. I asked the previous agent to stop by and discuss an analysis of my situation based on local sales in the neighborhood. The financial outlook was not looking it would be favorable to me, as anyone in a house for just 2 years and contemplating selling would think. My ex-wife recommended Jasmina. So I contacted her, we talked, and we met at time that was convenient for me. Her energy and positive attitude really set me at ease. Actually, that was what won me over; her confident display of "I'm going to sell your house so you better start looking for your next home." We had a full price offer by the end of the first week on the market and it appraised for the selling price. Then we had to hustle to find a home. She again did the research and made herself available. She knew the school districts I wanted and the square footage and all the amenities. Within 10 days, we had received acceptance for an offer on my future house. I can't say enough good things about Jasmina. Her knowledge, energy, enthusiasm, punctuality, drive, and charisma make a wonderful package in an agent. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times.
