Hi, I'm the Designated Broker and Owner of Penny Kingdom Realty! Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, I now call the scenic Seven Lakes region of Marysville home, where I live with my wife and two children. My background includes extensive experience in residential remodeling and construction, along with previous ownership of an Adult Family Home. Since becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2010, I've been dedicated to serving buyers and sellers full-time. In 2015, I earned my Managing Broker's license. This is the highest level of licensing attainable in Washington State. In 2017, I founded Penny Kingdom Realty. I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a certified home buyer instructor for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). Over the years, I've worked on a wide variety of real estate transactions. I've helped first-time home buyers secure down payment assistance. I've also guided investors through foreclosure, bank-owned, and auction properties. If you're interested in flipping homes, I have firsthand experience on both sides of the process--including flipping properties myself. For sellers, I've successfully assisted clients with various types of properties - both buying and selling. These include raw land and mobile homes in 55+ communities. I have also helped with high-end condos, luxury waterfront estates, and equestrian properties.
