Penny Kingdom Realty

Very patient, knowledgeable, and flexible which was great considering that I worked swing shift. I told him my price range. He showed me my options and I adjusted to his advice combined with his information.

Jared listed our condo in the Wedgewood area of Seattle. He provided top notch guidance to us and brought in an offer for close to $50k over the listing price! He took care of everything before we asked and kept us updated at every step. I HIGHLY recommend Jared to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I was impressed with the experience I had with Jared Tadique in selling my home. From start to finish he provided the high level of expertise needed to reassure and guide me through the process. Because this was my first time in selling a home I had many questions. Jared was accommodating, professional, and knowledgable about my concerns which greatly helped to reduce my apprehensions about the selling process. He answered my many questions timely and without pressure or judgement. I had advice where needed, backed with exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry. I would highly recommend Jared to anyone interested in selling their home.

Walked us through, he listened, gave some helpful suggestions. We talked with him over a year, while we were remodeling the house. When we finished we listed with him on 9/7 & took offers on 9/12. The house closed 10/05/17. Over our asking price by 100,000 Wow. Gotta rate this guy higher than a 5 if I could. He is gonna help us find our new home

Jared provided excellent service in our search for our new home. Within a few weeks we found the PERFECT place for us and are now very happy here thanks to Jared! Thank you Jared!
