Jared was incredible to work with. As first-time home buyers and naturally cautious and unsure about certain steps throughout the process, but he provided resources, information and clarifications every step of the way. He made the process incredibly transparent and easy, where it felt like his recommendations were there if we needed, but we also understood well enough to be confident in our own decisions on what would be best for us. Even after purchase he went above and beyond and even gave us information on connections he had for potential maintenance needs. Doesn't hurt that he's a great guy in general, it was good meeting him and working with him. If we buy in the area again he'll be our go to.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Jared on a home sale and purchase in Northern Virginia. As a dual military couple, it can be very stressful time when moving duty stations but Jared made the process of selling our home in 2018 after we received orders to Okinawa. When we found out that we were going back to the Northern Virginia area, there was no question in reaching back out to Jared when we decided to purchase another home. Jared worked with my wife while I was on deployment and made everything as easy as it could be while we were still in Japan searching for a home. Even with the 13 hour time difference, he made it a point to always be available.
