As first-time home buyers and naturally cautious and unsure about certain steps throughout the process, but he provided resources, information and clarifications every step of the way. He made the process incredibly transparent and easy, where it felt like his recommendations were there if we needed, but we also understood well enough to be confident in our own decisions on what would be best for us. Even after purchase he went above and beyond and even gave us information on connections he had for potential maintenance needs. Doesn't hurt that he's a great guy in general, it was good meeting him and working with him. If we buy in the area again he'll be our go to.

As a dual military couple, it can be very stressful time when moving duty stations but Jared made the process of selling our home in 2018 after we received orders to Okinawa. When we found out that we were going back to the Northern Virginia area, there was no question in reaching back out to Jared when we decided to purchase another home. Jared worked with my wife while I was on deployment and made everything as easy as it could be while we were still in Japan searching for a home. Even with the 13 hour time difference, he made it a point to always be available. I cant say enough good things about the experience and the flexibility he showed my wife during the process in this very dynamic market. I don't believe we would have "survived" our search for a new home without Jared's fine efforts on our behalf. Working with finite budget, and one that was not overly generous, made our search particularly challenging in the currently tight DC market -- but with Jared's knowledge and skills this challenge turned into a big success for us. Throughout our search, Jared always made us feel that "we came first" -- and he was always close at hand when needed. Additionally, I believe it was Jared's creative structuring of our offer to purchase the home we sought resulted in our offer being selected over a large number of others.

You are probably wondering why it took that long to find one and that most certainly was not due to Jared. During the first experience, I ran out of options and the finances weren't available so I rented but I told Jared I would be back and he would find me my first home. He probably heard that millions of times. However, his email blasts were informative and a reminder of his hard work so at the end of 2018, I reached out to him to begin the search once more. We searched and searched and even during a Government Shutdown (I am a Federal Employee), he never lost hope.
