We can't begin to say enough about Sam and her dedication. We had another realtor before Sam for 4 months that didn't take the time to help us since we were out of state. Before we even signed with Sam, she went to our home and started assessing what needed to be done. She was over there staging items and then she started helping us sell items. Sam was in constant communication with us and she always gave us the best advice. She found contractors for us and advocated for our roof warranty to be implemented when we were told it needed to be fixed. We can't say enough about Sam!
