Janna's listing showcased our house. It was beautiful and she caught everything unique about it. The first day people were allowed to come, a couple, who weren't really looking to buy, saw the listing and wanted to see it for themselves. Before you know it, they explained to Janna they didn't have a realtor but wanted the house full price. Janna worked her magic and wrote the contract for them. The next day a realtor showed up and virtually showed the house to his buyers from Texas. They also wanted the house, so they wrote up a backup offer. I know it was the way the house was showcased in the listing that there was so much interest. We are so glad we didn't have to go through a long showing period. Everything was so easy. Janna was so professional and kept us advised every step of the way. We never had questions because she was always two steps ahead of us. Another house in that neighborhood went for sale the same day ours did and that house has, to date, been on the market 64 days. Too bad they didn't have Janna. I can't praise her enough. I know I have written a novel but it is so deserving. We had the best realtor and have made a friend in the process.
