ZillowVERIFIEDWe cant say enough great things about Janine! As a first-time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. She worked around our busy schedules, often meeting with us in the evenings, which made everything so much easier for us. One thing that truly stood out was Janines deep knowledge of Janesville. She knew each area so well and even seemed to know many of the neighbors personally, which gave us a real sense of confidence and security in our decision. Since I only knew the main shopping area before, her insight was invaluable in helping us find the perfect home in a quieter part of Janesville that we absolutely love and feel safe in. Not only did she help us find the perfect home, but she also provided excellent recommendations for our mortgage broker, a painter, and electrician, all of whom did fantastic work!! Beyond just being an amazing realtor, Janine truly felt like a new friendaEUR"she genuinely cared about us and our home-buying journey. She was just as excited as we were to see all the changes weve made since moving in, which meant so much to us. Her dedication and expertise made this experience smooth and enjoyable, and were so grateful for her guidance. If youre looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients, we highly recommend Janine (and all of her recommendations!) ?? ??

ZillowVERIFIED Janine was absolutely amazing! She was always checking in with us, and never gave up on us when it took us well over a year to find a property! She was more than willing to show us the same house more than once and answered all of our questions! If she didnt have the answer, she got the answer very quickly! Such a great experience with Janine and would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the last year we worked with Janine Birkhimer from Realty Executives Premier on finding the right home for us, earlier this year we were successful! Janine was very pleasant and professional through the whole process. She was quick to reply to any questions or set up showings whenever we wanted to view a property. As we closed on our house she was helpful in making sure things were moving forward and on time. We would highly recommend her for your realty needs! We are still in contact with her and I'm confident the next time we are in need of a realtor we will go to her without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED The process of buying a home is complex. It blends matters like emotions, readiness, money, family, and future. A good realtor hears those matters. A great realtor probes for that; listens patiently and respectfully; confirms what was heard combined with what that all means; and provides solid input and guidance. Janine does all that and more. She has a tireless work ethic, a great personality and sense of humor, and intimate knowledge of the market which enables her to be a trusted partner, all with the goal of having a successful and trouble-free result. Despite the fact that we are very tough graders, Janine has earned our highest respect and trust.

ZillowVERIFIED Janine was great to work with. We relocated from another state which made the house hunting process a little more challenging. Janine was so helpful in regards to her knowledge of the local area which we were unfamiliar with. She took the time to coordinate showings with family members who were looking on our behalf which was great. We appreciated her hard work and would recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Janine did an excellent job helping us buy a home In Edgerton. It took us 8 months to find our house, as we had very specific requirements. Janine was very patient and only sent us listings that checked all of the requirement boxes. She helped throughout the negotiation, inspection process and has stayed in touch after closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Janine was great! She has a way of making you feel comfortable from the very start. She graciously showed me multiple properties, at my convenience, and I managed to find something wrong with all of them. She didn?t give up. She?s a good listener and knows the available properties well. One the same initial visit, she then suggested a property that I previously wouldn?t have considered and it turned out that it had the items on my ?wish? list. The whole process went well. She is a credit to her trade and to her community in Wisconsin which we look forward to being a part of soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Janine has been a joy to work with. We started working with Janine back in 2021 as we set out to find a family vacation home in and around the Wisconsin area. It was a long process as we finally found the perfect waterfront property in October of 2022. Janine was great to work with, very informative about the different areas we considered and always went above and beyond to help get questions answered. Janine not only became our real estate agent but a life long friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Janine was very responsive to emails, calls and texts. She was my buyers agent and kept me very current on new listed properties. When I chose to sell my existing home for cash to a rehabber, she did not engage in high pressure tactics to get the listing. She was always respectful and accommodating.

ZillowVERIFIED Great realtor. Knows her way around the area. She will meet your needs and schedule viewings to meet your schedule. She even scheduled a viewing after work late six pm. Buying a home in todays market and in price range took longer than I thought (~3 months) but she made the process for me easy and low stress.

ZillowVERIFIED Janine was very nice to work with and made the first time home buying experience easy. With the way the market is today, it wasn?t easy being able to find a house let alone put an offer in on one. Janine would immediately let me know when a new house came on to the market and right away set up a home showing. If it wasn?t for Janine, I wouldn?t be in a home today!
