Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

I always tell my buyers this is one of the biggest investments. Take your time and find what is right for you. I'm here to support you through as many showings as you need to find the right home. Second piece of advice is I always tell clients if you are able to sleep on it you should.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

I always tell sellers it's great to declutter your home prior to selling but you still have to live in your home, I want you to be comfortable through the process.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with clients from all different backgrounds and stories.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I was able to witness one of our great veterans go from being homeless to owning his own home. It was one of the greatest stories and I felt honored to be a part of it.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I've always been intrigued by the real estate world. I went through the process of getting my license just to see what it was all about and fell in love with it.

After trying a few other real estate agents through Zillow, I stumbled upon Caitlin Cadd and have been working with her ever since. Caitlin has worked with me both as a seller's agent and as a buyer's agent. As a buyer's agent, she was a patient and thoughtful listener. She spent months helping me to narrow down the location and the type of property I was looking for as I prepared to downsize in retirement. For each "No, not this one" I gave her, she responded with, "That's okay. We are getting closer to finding what you want." Each time I got excited about a new property that popped up, she responded to my requests for a showing in a timely manner and I was able to see the homes right away. As a seller's agent, Caitlin helped me navigate the market and decide on a good listing price which brought in multiple, competing offers after the very first open house.
