ZillowVERIFIED We all know a realtor...but finding one that sells 50 houses a year is difficult to find. Having Janice sell our family home of 60 years with an elderly owner, she showed respect and compassion to her. Before the house was listed she gave great input into areas to improve the sale. She also focused on areas that a home inspection would address, and had people readily available to fix them is another reason. She gave great advise about lenders that typically delay the closings often, and for us to avoid them. When the house was appraised by a lender, she handed them comps that would validate our asking price (not her job either!) She told us the house would sell quick, yup 2 full price offers in 48 hours. And lastly she answered every call quickly and updated us daily with all the dealings of the property. There is a definite reason she sells this many houses, not just from a great personality.We all know a realtor.....maybe you should get to know Janice.

Not only did she list my house and sell it, but she covered every single detail that I knew nothing about and could not have done it without her. We talked to multiple agents and interviewed two before deciding on using Jan, and I can tell you we made the right decision. One thing my mom told me when we were started to look was 'home buying can be scary, buy in the end, it should be a fun and exciting process'. When she told me that, I knew we had to go with Jan and Dianne (her AWESOME assistant- ill get to her). They are so fun and full of energy. Jan was always quick to respond to texts, emails, calls at any time of day and was always on the ball to get us into the houses we wanted to see and was always able to work with our tough schedule living in other states while trying to buy in Mass. When it came time to make an offer, she offered great advice, made an open line of communication with the sellers agent and made the negotiations very fair. In the end, we got a house we love, for a very fair price! Janice is dedicated full-hearted to her business and will do everything she can to find you the right house and make the deal work! Just a few quick things to mention: 1. We are a gay couple - and Jan and Dianne were 100% okay with that, so no fear for my LGBTQ friends out there! 2. We were also first time home buyers in the lowest end price range, we were afraid that realtors wouldn't want to deal with us or we wouldn't get as much attention because of that, but that was FAR from reality, Jan NEVER made us feel second in line to other clients. 3. Jan is a VERY successful and sought after realtor in the area, and works with several clients- but you would never know! She balances all her clients equally and makes sure they all get the attention they need. 4. Dianne. She is the best assistant ever! I have to say, when we were first looking for a realtor, I was told to stay away from realtors with assistants, and I have no idea why. Having Dianne opened up even more flexibility when it came to home showings and increased the efficiency of their team! And Janice still takes care of all of the negotiation, etc. PS: Dianne is a licensed real estate agent too. I could probably write a few more pages, but I think I got my point across. Janice Wright is my realtor for life, and she should be yours too!

ZillowVERIFIED I lived in my house on the pond for 27 years and thought I would spend the rest of my life there but as an empty nester, I was finding it difficult to maintain such a large property on my own and was thinking about downsizing. I dated a lot but nothing totally clicked until I met Jerry. We courted, he moved out of state for work and then proposed marriage! That's when I knew it was time to sell. I first met Janice at my neighbor's open house and was impressed with her bubbly, forward thinking and very professional demeanor. I found that she was delightful to talk to and we ended up chatting for over an hour. I loved that she knew so much about Long Pond, our town, our neighborhood and that she was deeply connected to our community. I took her card and when it came time for me to list my house, I invited her to give me a market analysis along with several other realtors. We clicked and I chose her because she was very pleasant to deal with, had a quick response time and seemed extraordinarily smart with the ability to communicate at a very high level about many topics, not to mention a long list of great recommendations. I liked that we batted around ideas and worked together to create a marketing strategy, tweaking it as we went along. I always felt like I was part of the process and never felt like I didn't know what was going on.... she kept me informed and updated. My choice was without a doubt, one of the best decisions I could have made. My waterfront property had extra factors that involved the DEP, state regulations, the board of health, an engineer, a new septic and consequently a new well. I was out of state the whole year that all of this work needed to be done and Janice recommended every team member, including a great closing attorney. She made it easy for us by sending us documents that could be signed electronically and showing up at the house to meet contractors and inspectors, so that I didn't have to drive 10 hours to be there. She was supportive in every way imaginable and there were times when I thought that she would've done well as a psychologist because she just knew what to say and how to handle every difficult situation that came up. She was always encouraging and I loved that she stayed positive and upbeat when things went wrong unexpectedly. I've come to know Janice over the course of a very difficult year and both Jerry and I are very grateful for all of her hard work, her genuine love for people and her dedication to her profession.
